Our executive team have years of experience in the areas they cover. With our trading partners we have access to over 200 staff and consultants ranging from shop staff to former CEOs of major retailers and wholesalers.

We have been operating since 2001. Our original business was turnaround and financial restructuring which we still undertake.  In 2006 we added our specialist stock clearance activity, 2013 our retail lease disposal division and in 2016 our unique international trade finance operation. In 2017 we also raised  £250m for equity and debt investment. In 2020 we set up 2 new divisions on sourcing and supply consolidation and  brand acquisition and distribution channels

We constantly look for  innovative ideas that significantly transform the retail and wholesale landscape. There is no other business like ours. We are exceptionally creative but with the necessary experience to mitigate risks and maximise returns. Client confidentiality is paramount.
