Lease Liability Transfer

Under Lease Liability Transfers a retailer is able to dispose of the financial liability of 

surplus  store leases in one  immediate step and at a known cost. 

In partnership with Cushman Wakefield we advise retailers on the suitability of entering

into LLT's and help in negotiating the best possible transaction. 

Although in most cases the stores will no longer be trading, through our Restructuring and 

Stock Clearance divisions we are able to acquire complete chains of surplus stores whilst 

they are trading.
